Indoor specific saddle
I find myself getting sore after about 20k - any saddles I’ve tried are similar. I think it’s down to my position being more upright when indoor riding. Anyone use a different saddle for indoor riding and offer some suggestions for ones that suit a more upright position

Numb Big Toe
I have a new pair of shoes with new cleats. I am getting a numb big toe on my left foot. Tried adjusting cleat position but without success. Any ideas.

Take the insoles out and stand on them to assess whether they are wide enough for your foot. Then check they are giving your foot enough support - might need an alternative insole to fit your foot better. But it’s probably down to saddle height 😂
Odd feet feeling
Hi all, thanks for the invite. I dunno whether I might need to ask this elsewhere in the group. I’m 39 and road riding/racing since I was 12. As long as I can remember while pedalling my right leg feels like a bit more advanced than the left one. I feel it on my feet. Right foot feels more pressure on the arch area. Left foot feels more pressure on the ball area. Coming back a few years ago, I had a bike fit done. 170mm cranks were fitted and G8 insoles were put in my shoes whic made a hell of a difference, but still there. It is odd as the feeling goes while riding on threshold and above, but comes back while pedalling steady. Hopefully I could get some tips pls. Cheers

What type of pedals are you using? Tried adjusting the position of the cleat on both feet as feet are unlikely to both be exactly the same size. Any difference in leg length?
Saddle tilt
What is the best way and device to measure tilt? I measure the front half of the saddle (Selle San Marco 3dfx) with the app saddle adjust on my iPhone but as it has a camera bump the readings are off. Any other techniques?

Sore Arms and saddle discomfort
43 year old trying to re-kindle my love for cycling. I got a road bike a couple of years ago and Zwift ride for indoor / winter riding. I've struggled to get the right fit on both - over recent months I find myself getting numbness in my groin after 10-15 mins on the Zwift ride and then both arms get sore - mostly the forearms . I don't stay near any bike shops for a bike fit so have tried the online/virtual offerings as well as a variety of saddles over the last 12 months and just cant get rid of either issue. I assumed the issue was weight being to far forward and putting a strain on my arms and pressure towards the front of the saddle but the changes I've made don't seem to help. Will try get some clips added in the next week but any tips or suggestions as to where I'm going wrong would be appreciated.

Thanks, the road bike feels more comfortable in the saddle but think the bars are a touch too wide. Have lowered the seat and the numb sensation returned during a ride but think its down to my current saddle just not feeling comfortable for me. Going to get a new saddle to see if that makes a difference. Arms also felt better so hopefully heading in the right direction.
