Coming soon...
Hi all! Thank you for your patience! I'm now 3 chapter (and many modules) deep into the NBAA CAM deep dive and will start populating a course over the next week. As soon as content goes live I will let you know and you can begin your journey, hopefully just ahead of the 6 month to CAM starting soon!! Are there any specific features you want to see?

Finding your Why
Why I'm Here (Read and Post This Before You Start the NBAA CAM course 🚧STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS!🚧 ) Before you open a single module, this is the first thing you do here. The CAM is about six months of real work, roughly two hours a day, six days a week. Nobody crosses that finish line on motivation alone. The candidates who go the distance are the ones who got clear, on day one, about why they were doing it. So tell us. In a few sentences: when this gets hard, what is the reason you will keep going? Name the people who depend on your judgment, the standard you want to hold, or the version of yourself on the other side of this exam. Skip the resume answer ("it is good for my career") and go a layer or two deeper. The honest reason is the one that will still be standing in month four. Post your why below. 👇Then read a few others and welcome someone in. You are about to spend six months in the same arena as these people, and it helps to know what everyone is fighting for. Date your post. Six months from now, come back and read it. I will go first.

A very good question JD. My WHY is .. a dream since I was a 6 years old boy, whom looked into sky and I wanted to be there, not just a pilot but, souring with knowledge and wisdom. I was once like your friend who asked what now ? I did fly my dream airplane as captain for VVIP and later captain on regional airline which added more depth to me. Now I’m looking for a good life work balance. I don’t care about the plane whether is big or small. I look at keeping me happy and content. As I grow older it becomes more clear what I want in life and work. Cheers brother. Keep up the good work.
The most exclusive aviation certification in business (it's not an MBA..)
There are roughly 1,500 NBAA CAMs in the world. Here's what separates the pilots who earn it from the ones who never hear about it. I've been sitting on this idea for a while, and it's time to bring it to the Lab. I want to run a structured CAM prep workshop right here in this community. Before I share the format, I want to tell you why it matters. The NBAA Certified Aviation Manager designation is the only credential in business aviation that says: this person understands the full picture. Not just the aircraft. The operations. The regulations. The business decisions. The safety culture. The leadership requirements that make a flight department actually work at a high level. I earned mine years ago. It changed how I thought about my role. Not because the exam was hard, although it is. Because the preparation forced me to think like a manager of the operation, not just a pilot in it. That shift is irreversible once it happens. In business aviation, the people running flight departments and influencing decisions at the executive level are mostly CAMs or they're working with CAMs. It is not a box-checking credential. It is a signal to every operator, every chief pilot, and every Director of Aviation you will ever work for, that you have done the work to think beyond the left seat. If you have been considering it and never knew where to start, or started and stalled, or didn't know there was a community willing to work through it with you, I want to change that. I am building something here. Stay tuned. Who in the community has their CAM, is working toward it, or has been curious about it? Drop it below. This will shape what we build together.

Hey bro. I’m thinking about it. I have been a chief pilot for years now, and I would like to know more. Thanks
Happy International Pilot Day!
The story behind this day is pretty incredible and takes root in 1912, Turkey. Does anyone know the origins? Today, it is celebrated as a testament to the professionalism and dedication of the incredible pilots around the world. That's you!
