Has anyone created a workflow to verify the user when interacting with your AI agent? Use case: web chat widget customer support agent who can execute customer related account tasks such updates, orders, deletions etc. Wanting to perform a verification step using a code via sms or email before executing any sensitive operations.

Anyone have a good tutorial on how to embed the AI Agent chat widget into a website into the various formats.. bubble widget, full screen etc.. using telegram at the moment but would like to make available at a website url.
