Last day of gym as habit
Came to the gym with Mary this morning, 6:30amπŸ’ͺ I’m confident I have now built the habit of exercising every day, 4 gym days per week and 3 days going for 1+ mile walk. I am deciding now to change my habit for The Arena, so I can start leveraging the accountability to build another habit. It has really helped me and I highly suggest everyone taking serious the high level free value we are providing here because it’s transformational if you actually use it and commit to your self growthπŸ’―πŸ”₯
