Style Guide References
https://styles.refero.design/ Holy moly, this is crazy! These reference ideas could be reworked in claude.ai/design to develop a design system. And you've saved yourself so much time.

Where to build in agentic world
https://youtu.be/ib2m9HVX7as?si=5K57_xzGECJr68IB In the world where every person has multiple AI agents, what do we build? Do we build?

I've been talking about AX (agent experience) for a few months now. This man is spot on!
Perplexity's bet
with their release of the Computer use, perplexity is betting that the orchestration layer is where the money is. This is a very similar game as what Cursor , and to a certain degree other SaaS companies who don't have their own models (Lovable, Canva, Figma, Notion etc.) are doing, although not to the same level. Nate in this video thinks that it's not the right positioning because these are going to get eaten up by the companies like Anthropic, Google and OpenAi as they do more vertical integration across the layers. What do you think?

The orchestration layer will be destroyed by agents. The intelligence layer is where it's at! However, the chocolate layer is what I'm interested in.

This makes a lot of sense. It reminds me of the David and Goliath relationship: Large organizations are so top-down heavy and have so much structure in place that they would have to undo everything, retrain an entire workforce, and risk breaking an existing structure. Where small founding companies benefit by being lean, agile, and starting from scratch The 3 archetypes include everyone on the team, up-and-down the ladder, to understand and work with AI. 1. The IC (individual contributor) 2. The DRI (directly responsible individual) 3. The AI founder Thanks for sharing this link, @Danny Setiawan !
