A question came up by someone. He asked why do I not take longer breaks (2-5 min) in order to have more strength in my one working set in order to get more reps! How do I respond to him? @Markus Reinhardt

So the key word here is adaptive stimulus...can you explain more about what it is and ita importance in getting more muscle

@Tristan Rail but then again I'm not trying to cut right I just don't want to completely lose my abs . On the upside I keep getting PRs every time I go to the gym! So it's not all bad
