Feel better, and I will start at the beginner entry phase, been super, super busy incredibly grateful for that, but managed to still go out and jog uphill twice every day, no matter what and use some basic dumbbells in the bedroom to work on my arms and worked on my glutes, waiting for my husband to get out of the shower, taking every opportunity to tone my body to heal my body and to make my body stronger thank you, Jimmy !!!
