AIOS Setup on Claude Code
Hey everyone, I spent the afternoon setting up my own AIOS on Claude Code with my business context/data/integrations. I have a few questions about it. - Would it be useful to have Claude sessions running on cloud instead of locally? I am asking since I think it would be good to have the mobile app running on my phone for me to manage my business there and not only from my laptop. It's just that all the files are local, so any updates to them would not transfer over to my phone. - Is it worth Claude being able manage my business 24/7? I know it can't if it runs locally, but if I can get all my business updates every time I run Claude Code on my computer by asking it to fetch all new emails, bookings, etc., it probably would only be worth it if I would be unable to follow-up on everything on a given day. - I've looked at Kylon as a way to implement AIOS method into my own business. The thing is it seems way more expensive in terms of credits, and since I am managing my business alone, it probably isn't worth the team setup approach employed by Kylon. Kylon seems like a good solution to sell to businesses, but Claude Code seems like a better solution if you are a solopreneur. I've also looked at using Kylon as a workspace and using Kylon CLI to connect to Claude Code, where credits for agents are shifted to Anthropic usage. This would get the benefit of both worlds, where the Kylon team workspace would benefit a larger business and the credit cost can be mitigated using Anthropic credits. How do they compare and what are the benefits/drawbacks of using either or both? You guys let me know what you think.

@Yonas Workayehu yeah that makes sense, and it's not like I have a million clients in ten different timezones, so if that is the case running it locally and having it pull everything that has happened in my business between the current and previous session doesn't seem to be to bad.

@Bharti Kaith yeah that's what I was thinking as well, the main thing bugging me though is if I don't have my laptop readily accessible, it would mean my phone could be read-only and I would have to do work manually
Looking for a collaborator in US
I'm a software engineer with seven years of experience. Like most of us, I've watched traditional project volume shrink across development and design as AI tools have picked up more of the workload. The one area moving in the opposite direction is AI-related work itself, specifically AI training and evaluation tasks for software and adjacent fields. Demand for this work is growing, but most of the companies commissioning it are US-based and Prefer US citizens to do the work. That's the reason I'm reaching out to you.. I plan to handle all the technical processes and generate the resulting revenue.(I have already mastered this process through several training). Now, I just need your help at a few key moments...nothing too technical or difficult. I'd split the monthly earnings on a 20/80 basis, and I am confident it will yield a substantial income from the first. Let’s discuss the details. whatsapp: +1 (641) 252-9098

@Yusuke M sent you a DM on Skool
Looking for advice: How to get your first AI Automation client?
I’m a 3rd-year CSE student learning AI automation + n8n and I’ve built several workflows. Now I’m trying to get my first paying client, but I have almost no sales experience or agency track record. If you were starting from my position, what would you do in the next 30 days? I’d especially love to know: - Where did your first client come from? - What did you offer? - How did you approach them? - What would you do differently? Looking for real experiences, not generic advice. 🙏

@Param Shah If you can, target local businesses that you can contact in-person to offer them a free service at first to prove you can deliver, then you can start charging retainers and moving on to new projects. Getting the first client is always the hardest part, especially since you have experience as a developer. Another route is this community. Monitor posts and hiring opportunities or reach out to people here to do projects for them. I personally wouldn't recommend cold email outreach, it only converts if you have lots of volume. I'm interested in seeing what you are up to. Feel free to DM me on Skool to discuss your portfolio and how to move forward :)
Looking for a US-based Collaboration Opportunity
Hello, I hope you're doing well. My name is Fusao Suzuki. I'm a Senior Software and AI developer, and I build cutting-edge software systems, intelligent automation, and modern digital platforms. My development projects have been progressing very well, and I've started generating a steady income. I'm expanding my operations and looking for a reliable US-based collaborator to support my growth and increase revenue. The role I have in mind is more straightforward and focused on growing together. I hope there may be a great opportunity for us to build something profitable. If you're based in the US and would like to proceed with me, please feel free to contact me so that we can discuss this in more detail. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Fusao WA: +1 (774) 733-4233 TG: @moonlight772

Hey there Fusao! I am based in the United States and have been compiling a list of many businesses in my area to target. I am interested in seeing your portfolio. If you are looking for essentially a consulting partner while you develop solutions, go ahead and DM me on Skool to discuss further.
Yep, In-Person Outreach Works
Hey everyone, I've been preparing to get into the AI for business industry for a few weeks now. I've compiled my portfolio with my projects, researched a variety of business in my local area and prepared outreach strategies to convert. Overall, I recorded over 50 different businesses in my area from a variety of industries (B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, HVAC companies, pest control, dental clinics, etc.) with their info, what service I can provide them, and how I should approach them to convert. I sent about 20 emails/LinkedIn messages to some companies, and not surprisingly got 0 replies. Today was my first day at trying in-person outreach, where I would go to a business, get to know them and their operations, and figure out how I can help them. I'm 18 years old, I've never pitched to a business before and certainly have never been hired or agreed to be partner for a business project. If I told you the very first business I walked into, a B2B software development agency that sells custom software, database, and AI solutions to other businesses that has also done million-dollar projects for Fortune 100 companies, offered to give me a job interview and to work at the company without looking at my resume or portfolio, would you believe me? I defintely wouldn't have. I initially planned on just getting insight on this company, as they have been in the software for business industry for 30 years and would be competitors of mine if I was to go at it alone. They obviously saw my interest for the industry and my willingness to work for what I wanted by having the courage to walk-in all alone, and gave me a job interview tomorrow. God-willing I can get the job, if not, it is what it is and we keep moving forward, keeping our heads up high. Otherwise this is great experience, and just goes to show that connecting with people directly is astronomically more meaningful than sending a request on Gmail or LinkedIn. Wish me luck everybody🙌

@Bharti Kaith Thanks a lot, and thanks for your advice on my other person about how I should approach in-person outreach as well.
