Your Opinion Requested: On-line Community Engagement
Collective members - we'd like to increase the amount of conversation and engagement on this Skool platform. We have such incredible conversations in our monthly calls and there is so much knowledge within our membership base, we believe it would benefit the group to expand in this on-line forum as well. What would you like to see here? - Spotlight on specific topics/frameworks - Posts highlighting members - Group questions/scenarios for discussion - Interesting content or articles for review - Something else? Also, how often would you like to see new posts - weekly, multiple tines a week, or something else? We want Skool, as well as the monthly calls, to be a valuable resource for our current and future members, so your input here would be greatly appreciated as @David Harris and I plan our engagement calendar for the second half of the year alongside our marketing partners @Sabrina Renée and @Katherine King . Thank you!

I like getting the notifications and I join the calls when I can. Rather than more asynchronous posts I would enjoy more (informal) opportunities to meet other members.

Could be interesting!
ED Feedback
Question for the Collective - I'm preparing to give my ED mid-year feedback. I don't want to overwhelm her with a full review but would like her to have insight into her progress. If there were 2-3 areas where you'd give feedback to your ED, what would they be?

Does she have goals for the year, or areas you flagged for improvement in her last review?

This is such a great question. I have yet to find a mutually agreeable equilibrium.
