Hi all! I’m Alex - I live in the Bay Area with my husband and 11-month old boy. We’re about to make a huge change and buy a house! We’re renting a 1100 sq ft house in San Francisco and about to move up north to a much larger place. We’re both minimalists (about most things) and I want this move to feel super intentional and values-aligned. I want to declutter what we have so we’re only bringing things we love, I want to avoid acquiring a bunch of stuff we don’t need, and I want to get super aligned with expenses because our monthly payment is going to be much larger! I’m excited for this new chapter and don’t want it to be a source of stress.
