🧬 Building in Public Changes You 🧬
One thing I’ve realized while building WRLD Acquisitions in public is that people see the wins, the contracts, the conversations, the momentum, the confidence but, but what they don’t always see are the silent sacrifices that came attached to all of it. The long stretches of uncertainty. The mental pressure of carrying responsibility every single day. The moments where you question yourself quietly while still showing up confidently for everyone else. The discipline required to stay focused when your emotions want to pull you in 10 different directions. Building a real company forces you into confrontation with yourself. Not the polished version. The real version. Your habits. Your emotional regulation. Your communication. Your consistency. Your ability to operate under pressure. Your ability to stay calm when outcomes are uncertain. And honestly? That internal growth has been more valuable than any single deal I’ve worked on so far. Because the external results eventually become a mirror of who you’re becoming internally. The more I’ve grown in patience, structure, emotional intelligence, and discipline, the more opportunities, conversations, and aligned relationships started showing up externally. I used to think entrepreneurship was mostly about strategy. Now I think it’s equally about identity. It's about who you show up as every day even when no one is watching. Who can you become consistently enough to carry the vision you say you want? And there are sacrifices people don’t talk about enough like: 🛎️ Outgrowing certain environments 🛎️ Spending less time chasing distractions 🛎️ Sitting alone with your thoughts more often 🛎️ Trading short-term comfort for long-term freedom 🛎️ Choosing delayed gratification repeatedly 🛎️ Staying committed even when nobody fully understands the vision yet But strangely enough, those sacrifices stop feeling heavy once the mission becomes meaningful enough because eventually you realize, you’re not just building a business.

Progress over perfection
Thinker, Doer, or Relater?
Most of us lean relater? Thinkers stay in their head processing, analyzing, trying to get it right Doers move fast taking action, solving, pushing things forward Relaters focus on people connection, harmony, how everyone feels None of these are wrong. But most of us overuse one and underuse the others. That’s usually where things get stuck. Thinkers don’t move Doers don’t slow down Relaters avoid tension Just notice your default today. Where do you naturally go? And what’s the part you tend to avoid?

Life & Business
The same kinds of friction points tend to show up… Different situations, different people, different decisions, but something underneath feels familiar. It's funny to notice similar tension and similar patterns of reaction (specifically in me) and to actually realize it. Not that I immediately need to change it, solve anything, or correct a behavior. But now I've started to realize it in other people in my life too. There’s something in simply seeing it clearly. What’s been showing up repeatedly for you guys lately?

@Marie Temby Super Friends was one of my favorite cartoons when I was a kid
What could you have more of right now?
What is it that you wish you could have more of right now to help you get to the next level, if you could ask for anything ? Sometimes, taking the time to ask ourselves that question can help🤔

@Marie Temby I can relate to feeling guilty taking time to rest and recharge given I don't have an active source of income, especially when I'm drawing funds from my IRA
