Our situation sounds a bit reverse, in that we've grown almost 100% from referrals. Our goal this year is to build an inbound lead pipeline through SEO, content distribution, and my personal thought leadership, to no longer rely on referrals for new business. With dedicated blog writing over the last 9 months, we've been able to increase our organic website traffic by 3.6x, however, we haven't generated any new client leads from that yet. We're in the process of refreshing our website aesthetic and messaging, however, to streamline our offerings and remove reasons why a prospect wouldn't say yes.
