I used to be running high-ticket masterminds, done-for-you services, and fractional COO work for $80M+ companies, trying to pivot into a community business model. It sucked because I was working long hours, spending money on gurus for quick fixes, and constantly shifting my offers and pricing. None of it was working. I was terrified to raise my prices, and I was working more to receive less. But then I realized I could build an engaged community just by hosting summits on Skool, one that members naturally return to and ascend into paid tiers from. Which led me to delivering 6 summits in 9 months, growing my business from $400 MRR to consistent $10K, $15K, and $20K months, and building freemium communities with 13,000+ members while working 20-25 hours a week. Want to know how I did it? Comment YES and I'll send you the details. PS - I did this instead of being on social media ⬇️
