Who's hiring remote roles?
- Hi, it’s Alex again from Remote Work Life. I went live to share who’s hiring remote talent and to show what’s new in the job sourcing hub I’m building (it’s still in beta). - Remote jobs are competitive. They can get hundreds, sometimes thousands, of applicants. And it takes time to search across different sites and job boards. - This hub works differently. I’m pulling roles into one place straight from employers’ own careers pages. I’ve worked in recruitment since 2002, and I’ve seen how job boards often create more noise and more competition. - Applying via careers pages can help. The roles can be more recent. And the applicant pool can be smaller and more relevant, which gives you a better chance to stand out. - How to use it: click a role, read it properly, then hit Apply Now to go to the employer site. After that, check the company’s careers page for other roles too. A company hiring in marketing or strategy might also be hiring in other areas. - A few quick notes: the hub updates more than once a day. I remove roles when they come down from employer sites. It’s beta, so an expired job might still appear sometimes.

Who's hiring remote roles?
Who's hiring remote roles
- Hi, it’s Alex here from Remote Work Life. I jumped on a quick live call to share an update on the Jobs Hub I’m building (still in beta). - It’s mainly remote roles (with some hybrid), mostly across sales, marketing, finance, and strategy, and everything is sourced from employers’ own careers pages. - That matters because careers-page roles are often newer than job board listings, and sometimes get fewer, more targeted applicants, which can make it easier to stand out. - How I suggest you use it: start with the “All” filter, check it regularly, and scroll back up to 30 days because some roles stay open longer than you’d expect. - A quick reminder on expectations: I’m not connected to these employers and I’m not introducing candidates, so please do your due diligence, read the spec properly, and click through to the company site to see what else they’re hiring for (premium members can use the Apply Now button inside the hub).

Who's Hiring Remote Workers?
It's Alex from the Remote Work Life Podcast. I went live inside my new Skool community to show who's hiring remote workers at the moment, what the group is for, how it works, and who it’s meant to help. The aim is simple: help you move closer to remote work. That could mean landing a role with an employer, or eventually using remote work as a bridge into self-employment. This particular live call was framed around “Who’s hiring?” and I explained that I source companies every day. On the weekly calls I’ll spotlight one or two employers, rather than trying to cover everything at once, so you can focus your research and make faster progress. I also shared a look at how the Skool group is structured right now (it’ll evolve), and why joining early matters if you want to be a founding member while it’s still small and developing. I talked about the experience I’m bringing into the community too: recruiting since 2002, coaching mainly senior clients (leaders, directors, sometimes C-suite), and years of interviewing remote CEOs, founders, and execs on the podcast to understand how they hire and what they look for. A key part of the session was the beta job board I’m building for VIP members. The goal is to reduce the grind of job searching by pulling roles straight from employer career pages, not job boards. It’s not a replacement for your own research, but it’s meant to complement it and cut down the noise and competition. I also stressed due diligence. “Remote” is inconsistent: some roles are labelled remote but are actually hybrid, location-bound, or unclear. So you still need to read the description properly, check the company’s own careers site, and ask direct questions in interview about office expectations. If you’re serious about changing your situation, I recommended dedicating 45–60 minutes a day to applications, CV tweaks, and employer research, and using the group for connection and accountability so you’re not doing it alone.

Welcome
Hey everyone, welcome! Here's the list of jobs https://remoteworklife.io/jobs I just want to say hello and share a bit about why we’re here and why I started the remote work life podcast and summit back in 2018. Ever since having my family, I’ve had this ambition to work remotely—first as an employee and also as an entrepreneur. I really enjoy helping others who have that same dream, whether it’s finding a remote role or starting a remote venture. So I regularly network with and interview CEOs, Founders and thought leaders within remote businesses. Right now, this group is all about the MVP job list—a simple list of mostly remote, U.S.-based, senior top line growth roles. Marketing, Sales And Strategy. I’m not exactly sure how long the group will last in this form, but my hope is that it evolves into a place where you can not only give feedback, but also learn about these companies and entrepreneurs. Hopefully, it’ll become a space where you can figure out how to find your next remote role or maybe even start your own remote venture, and learn how to thrive in that world. Of course, I’m open to whatever you all want this to become. Dive in, share your thoughts, and let’s see where it goes together! Thanks for being here.
