HEY HO 👋 👋 👋 👋
If you vibe code client projects, this is the backend problem nobody talks about.
The front end is easy. Lovable, Claude, Cursor — done in hours. But the moment a client needs real pricing logic, business rules, or calculations — you're either hard-coding it into prompts or writing custom backend code. Both are a nightmare to maintain when something changes. I built a solution. Here's how it works: → You vibe code the front end (any tool) → It connects to n8n → n8n pulls the business logic from Quotix (the engine I built) → Quote calculated, result returned to the front end → Lead pushed to GoHighLevel automatically No black box. No hard-coded prices. Full control over the business logic from one place. https://www.loom.com/share/256a189b6ba74aa2bf53aeab14569bc0 I'm looking for people to test this. If you build for solar, HVAC, roofing, electrical — or any service business that needs on-site quoting — drop a comment or DM me. Free to test.

Just so I understand correctly: With Quotix, can I change variables in my vibe-coded program without having to prompt it? Does Quotix identify the most relevant variables and then create a complete flow based on them? Sounds like a smart solution—if I’ve understood it correctly 😁
The Client Didn’t Need More Leads. They Needed a Better System.
A client came to me with a problem that sounded simple: “We’re getting leads, but too many of them are going cold.” The first thing I didn’t do was build an AI agent. I wanted to understand what was actually happening after a lead came in. So I mapped the workflow from: Lead comes in → lead gets qualified → team gets notified → follow-up happens → appointment → conversion That’s when the real problem became obvious. The issue wasn’t necessarily the number of leads. There were too many manual steps between receiving the lead and actually following up. Information was being copied between systems. Some leads were missing important information. The team had to manually decide what to do next. And follow-up depended too much on someone remembering to do it. So instead of simply adding AI, I redesigned the workflow. The new system: → Captures the lead automatically → Cleans and validates the information → Scores the lead based on defined criteria → Identifies the next best action → Routes the lead to the right person → Prepares the relevant follow-up → Alerts the team → Keeps a human involved where judgment is required → Tracks what happens next The goal wasn't to “add AI.” The goal was to remove unnecessary friction from the process. The result: Manual lead handling: 7 minutes → 1.5 minutes Average response time: 2 hours → 10 minutes Manual data entry: 100% → 15% Follow-up completion: 65% → 92% Lead routing: 100% manual → automated Processing capacity: 30 leads/day → 55 leads/day And most importantly, the team could spend less time moving information around and more time actually talking to potential customers. This is how I approach AI projects. I don't start with: “What AI tool can we use?” I start with: “What is happening in the business right now, where is it breaking down, and what should the system do differently?” Then I decide where AI, automation, or custom software actually makes sense. Because sometimes the best AI solution isn't another AI agent.

Average response from 2h to 10 min is crazy good!! If you run Meta ads today, you need that speed to generate conversions. Most leads do not remember what they signed up for 2 hours ago. Like your approach with "process first and AI second" 👍

I help creators & educators with expertise make $10k/month to $100k/month by selling high-ticket instead of building a course nobody buys.
