I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Licensed Athletic Trainer with over 15 years of experience guiding professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes at my performance facility in Milwaukee, WI, Armored Athlete Health & Performance. I am also a former college basketball player and competitive power lifter who fell in love with Hyrox and all things hybrid fitness. Most importantly, I am a devoted husband to my wonderful wife Melissa, and father to our boys, Bruce and Cole.
