Dance Therapy: Embrace Your Inner Lioness Through Tough Times
I'm finally working up the courage to break down another barrier of fear. I was publicly mocked in school when I was younger for my dancing. At the time I knew nothing of "how one should dance". I spent years secretly studying others dancing and I developed my own style, this is but one style -- it is just me raw and unrehearsed feeling the energy and emotions in the air. It is me depicting a story of the coming Lioness. I am not posting this video for the sake of promoting myself in any way. However, I'm feeling the Collective's energy is feeling oppressed. Therefore, I decided now is the time -- I've been sitting on this decision for awhile for fear that it would destroy the respect people may have for my words as my dancing is very vulnerable to me (and I'm shirtless); it is very separate from the other version of me that writes. I channel many characters of me, and dancing is different than writing. Dancing is my church. Writing is my gift to others and my outlet. I apologize for being shirtless. I made past dance therapy videos locally for myself, and all of them had a shirt on but didn't feel like they had that "oomph" to it, however this past week when I made this video I decided "F*ck it I'm gonna go shirtless". Why? Because as a kid I hated wearing my shirt, its material bothered my sensitive skin. So this video is my inner child coming out to show its rawness while also my Higher Self showing others that Courage can be embraced and what you think is currently holding you down is only what you allow yourself to be held down by. I've lost 20 lbs since quitting the Tech industry 5 months ago but it's still a journey toning out my body. Aaron said to get sloppy and raw so here's sloppy and raw...haha. It's my very first YouTube Dance Therapy video and I'm most likely gonna get annihilated by the online community since it goes against the TikTok trends of "what's normal". But I made a decision to face all my fears and this is one of them, so "Come what may."

Great post brother, don’t apologise for anything either, dancing as close to natural state, ie:- less clothes is more liberating! Express yourself as you are doing, it is nice to hear your progress in overcoming your obstacles and standing in your authentic self. I do resonate and it brought to mind a similar situation. I danced at high school but was mocked for it, I subsequently dropped out, not just of dance but school. A few years back I revisited dance and after attending a few varied dance events and classes, I ironically attended an ecstatic dance event in my old school. I actually danced in the very dance hall I walked away from as a kid, all I can say is I jumped timelines that day. One of the most healing things I have ever experienced. Thank you for your powerful testimony and inspiring video. 🙏🏽🤍

@Tabby Smith Thank you dear Tabby 🤍
I used to rush to defend myself against false accusations!
I used to react immediately to defend myself whenever I faced false accusations. It felt necessary to respond quickly to clear my name and safeguard my reputation. Looking back, I've come to understand that this instinct to go into defense mode often resulted in more stress and conflict. Nowadays, I make a conscious effort to take a step back and handle these situations with greater thoughtfulness and calmness. When faced with false accusations, it's really important to pause and collect your thoughts before responding. Instead of rushing to defend yourself, assessing the situation with a clear mind can be very beneficial. Directly addressing the accusation while staying composed and sharing your perspective without becoming defensive can lead to a better outcome. Ultimately, prioritizing your inner peace is essential, especially when dealing with challenging situations like this. It’s fascinating to observe how our reactions to difficulties can change over time, don’t you think?

We age like fine wines, in line with the seven year cycles of consciousness, after each seven year cycle if we break the previous cycle we take the wisdom over to the next cycle creating a higher state of consciousness and cementing our evolution. Your testimony confirms this to a tee.

@Paola Jaramillo Your welcome
Do you judge people by their profile picture
Or by there bio? Honest answers??? Personally I try not to, but can often feel the energy, it either draws or pulls away. But then we are here, to grow and learn, and we do such from everyone! I have in the past zoomed into pictures to try to read the energy. But I stand by - Never judge a book by its cover. People can write anything in there bio, from most encounters here I feel so much authenticity from you guys, grateful for the open forum and honest authenticity shared🙏🏽🤍 Let’s see how open we can be?

The Importance of Forgiveness: Freeing Yourself from the Past
Hey everyone! 🌱 Forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it’s one of the most powerful ways we can take control of our lives. Holding onto anger or resentment weighs us down, while forgiving frees us to move forward. Here’s why forgiveness matters: - Healing and Growth: Forgiving others (and ourselves) creates space to heal and grow. When we let go of grudges, we reclaim our energy and focus it on what truly matters. - Inner Peace: Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting, but it does mean freeing ourselves from negative emotions. It helps us find peace and makes room for positivity. - Empowerment: Forgiveness is an act of strength. It allows us to move forward without letting past hurts define us. Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves. What does forgiveness mean to you? Let’s share and support each other in this journey toward inner peace!

The opposite of forgiveness is entrapment, realising that it is all self contained empowers us, we are the only way out. God always forgives, a great indicator that we should not only forgive ourselves but others, until there is nothing left to forgive. Then you are free. 🤗🤍
