How to get a poster re-sent
It appears the sent poster was cut, ive checked the image I attached to printshrimp and it looks fine. Any ideas on how I would directly speak to someone from the team?

Progress
Started this a while back, didn't put much effort in, posters were bad and my conversion rate was literally 0.8%. Happy to say that a month of focus, improvement and fixes has started to pay off. Only the start, preparing for Q4 now.

@Jan Ibbott Focused on the quality of my listings, deleted posters that had bad stats, focused on one/two niches. Previously my posters didn't link and were just from a vast different amount of topics/niches. Apart from that just some SEO optimisation and ive just started using pinterest but not had any tangible results from that yet.
