I'm drinking water, but I sweat a lot! Got home from practice the other day and sitting down in the recliner and my hands started cramping, bad!! Called my sister, who is a nurse and she said it was from a electrolyte imbalance and/or dehydration. She told me to throw some salt in my next water bottle for a quick fix but to get some electrolytes and mix with water. My question to you guys and gals, what are you doing for electrolytes??????
