Nicotine and battling my flesh is still an everyday battle. No more drugs (occasional alcohol, maybe once a month if ever. Doesn’t set me off) But the vape and phone, screen time. It’s out of control. Going through an isolated season in my life currently and just suck at structure and discipline.
