clarity vs complaining
something i’ve been thinking about and working on a lot lately!!! since @Peter Liciaga spoke about it it has been a constant in my mind! as a mom, i am a work in progress and rewiring my mind is not easy but this concept of finding clarity in what is, and finding a solution and moving on, as opposed to complaining and getting sucked in that action-less spiral, is powerful to me and on my heart!

Why One Small Anchor Changes Everything
A member inside the Help Center asked a great question: “What do you mean by an anchor?” I’m glad it was asked — because this is central to how the Living Strong Premiere system works. An anchor is one small, repeatable daily behavior that stabilizes your rhythm. Not something intense. Not something impressive. Something steady. When life feels scattered, an anchor holds you. It’s predictable. And because it’s predictable, it builds durability. Examples: • 10 minutes of walking every morning • Lights out at the same time each night • No phone for the first 20 minutes of the day • A short mobility routine • Protein at breakfast • Writing one sentence in a journal And yes — meaningful breathing can absolutely be an anchor. If you pause for five slow breaths before every meeting, or before opening your laptop, that becomes stabilizing. It’s not about size. It’s about consistency. Inside the Premiere membership, we don’t just talk about anchors. We structure them. We protect them. We build them into a weekly rhythm through the 12-Part Method and the First Week Plan. @Amanda Tagliavia i need to do the same!! i go to bed late and then my toddler wakes up so early and i try to get an extra hour while he watches tv and snacks most days before breakfast😭 it’s tough because i love my me time once he’s asleep but our rest as moms is so important so we can also be ready for our day

@Peter Liciaga you’re so right and i love that you mentioned that as simple as it is it shows myself respect for my body and my needs, as well as modeling that to my son. and i will definitely protect this habit, i knew i needed to pick something small but i know it makes a big difference and can feel it. thank you for the encouragement❤️

“living strong” to me, where i am right now, means being the best mother i can be- giving myself grace while surviving the day to day and taking care of myself the best i can so i can improve my quality of life and the quality of my son’s and those around me
