🆓 FREE MINI COURSE: THE 2-PIECE SUCCESS FORMULA
Yoo guys, Just dropped a brand new free mini course that's gonna either piss you off or make you feel relieved. "How to Succeed as an Artist" - and I'm breaking it down to the most simple formula possible. No complicated bullshit. No 47-step processes. Just 2 factors that determine everything. A + B = Success Most of you are overcomplicating this game when the formula has always been right in front of you. This mini course breaks down: - The ONLY 2 things that matter for artist success - Why most artists fail (they ignore one of these completely) - Real examples of artists who nailed this formula - How to balance both factors for maximum results Some of y'all are gonna watch this and get mad at how simple it is. Others are gonna feel relieved that you don't need some complex strategy with 20 moving parts. Either way, this will change how you think about your music career forever. The artists who understand this formula are the ones posting their streaming wins in here. Grab it free: www.viralvisionbyseb.com Stop overcomplicating. Start succeeding. -Seb P.S. If you can guess what A and B are before watching, drop your answers below. Let's see who really gets it 👀

Nice enunciation, and delivery
my first music video got 1 view after 10 days on youtube
just made my first music video. recorded myself in my dorm room and spliced up the video and edited it. Uploaded it, but got no traction whatsoever. I think its wild that literally nobody watched it. Pasted the link below. Any tips on how to gain traction on youtube or overall comments on the video? https://youtu.be/CEKYoRamoIU?si=hZebiIgvlYoxulBO

SEO Optimzation - you gotta add keywords that makes it easier for people to find your vdoeo. - add more keywords like artists that are similar to you in the description, or the feelings and genre associated with this song. For instance: earl sweatshirt, chill rap, kanye west, lofi rap, etc. The song is actually pretty good, for the music video itself, it is fine that it is low qualiity, but it doesn't look like it's done on purpose, but instead a result of unprofessionalism. You could tackle this by: - Getting rid of Kapwing - Fixing the background - the background is messy, and doesn't fit with the vibe of the song. - Play into the home / DIY / low quality effect through using the front camera but keep it authentic, and full of energy & confidence. A great example of this is Ari Abdul - Babydoll (speed) music video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLQnOAalYag or Young Sasha's raps on Instagram. For example, you can add some imovie effects onto your head, this also fits in with the soft and laidback theme of the song. But since it's your first video ever, it's quite normal that it got little views. It will compound as you keep improving your craft, production, brand, and consistently upload :).

Your energy and lighting, and energy on camera is great though ^^
Something intimidating to think about...
*this theory applies to everybody pursuing anything* Do you think you're worthy of success? *Going to use musicians as an example* There are 640,000,000 Active users on spotify People listen to music for 120 minutes/day on average (30 songs) Global streams/day = 640,000,000 x 30 = 19,200,000,000 The number of streams is finite.... not infinite... 19 Billion streams... it's not a lot... 12 billion goes to Spanish & Indian musicians... You have 7 billion left... 4 billion goes to the top 100 musicians... You have 3 billion left... This 3 billion gets distributed to millions of spotify musicians... How much of the pie do you have left? Do you see where I'm getting at here? For every stream you got, you convinced someone to listen to your song over another artists... All musicians can't go viral... It's not possible... it's literally impossible All YouTubers can't get 1,000,000 subscribers... Every YouTube view you get, you've taken from another person.... It's how it is... This concept actually made me upset... Understanding the truth from a different angle...

You're absolutely right — the number of streams at any moment is technically finite. But just like global GDP has grown over time (a 36x increase from 1925 to 2025), I believe the total "pie" of music s treams can also grow. The size of the pie isn't fixed — it can expand. Here’s what I mean: If artists work together — collaborating, supporting, and marketing to each other's audiences — we’re not just dividing up the existing pie. We’re actually creating more demand, more excitement, more reasons for people to listen longer. Say my fan listens to my music for 1 hour a day, and your fan listens to your music for 1 hour a day. That’s 2 hours of listening time. But if we introduce each other’s music to our fans, and they both start listening to both of us, the total listening time increases to 4 hours. That’s double the original engagement — we’ve expanded the pie. So yes, streams are limited in the moment, but the total pool of attention, engagement, and fans can grow — especially when we innovate, collaborate, and build together. That’s the hope — and that’s the opportunity.
