Hi everyone, I have a question about poster borders. I’m selling full page visuals, such as prints of japanese / oriental / animal style; do i need to leave a border around my image when creating it on Canva? Or should i have it right up against the edges? my instinct tells me to leave a border around, to prevent the image being damaged / covered by a frame, however i am fearful that this makes it look cheap, or not as per my mock ups and will result in bad reviews. From everyone’s experience, can i ask what you would you all advise? Thank you!

Hello! I have had a customer request either 48” x 60” or 50” x 70”. These aren’t options I m the PrimtShrimp website - is there a way around this? Or do I have to tell the customer no, and the biggest size available is 30” x 40”? Thank you!

I have noticed that’s PrintShrimp allows for 3 option for print quality: Gloss, Matt and Satin. Which are we supposed to be ordering / is there a best / worst option? I haven got this as an option for the customer when purchasing on Etsy - should I be adding this as an option for them?

Hi guys, I’ve set up my shop using all the guides and just managed my first sale! I’m in the process of sending it out via Primt Shrimp. Once I get to the create order page and have filled out all the details, I’m being charged £2 for shipping. Despite the pricing document showing £0? It is an A5 piece that I early £9.32 on after Etsy fees etc. this leaves me with a profit of £2.33 which seems incorrect. Why am I being charged shipping? I am in the UK and the customer is also in the UK
