I have noticed that’s PrintShrimp allows for 3 option for print quality: Gloss, Matt and Satin. Which are we supposed to be ordering / is there a best / worst option? I haven got this as an option for the customer when purchasing on Etsy - should I be adding this as an option for them?

Hi guys, I’ve set up my shop using all the guides and just managed my first sale! I’m in the process of sending it out via Primt Shrimp. Once I get to the create order page and have filled out all the details, I’m being charged £2 for shipping. Despite the pricing document showing £0? It is an A5 piece that I early £9.32 on after Etsy fees etc. this leaves me with a profit of £2.33 which seems incorrect. Why am I being charged shipping? I am in the UK and the customer is also in the UK
