I chose art instead of snacks!
Yesterday I had a tough day šŸ˜ž But instead of devouring all the food we have at home (yeah, I am the nervous eater type), I grabbed paper and markers šŸŽØ 🌸 And honestly, it helped more than I expected. Art gave me a way to slow down, process what I was feeling, and let the stress out without turning to food. By the end of it, I felt calmer, lighter, and—most importantly—proud of myself šŸ’Ŗ A small reminder that sometimes, the healthiest coping mechanisms are also the simplest ones āœØļø

Hello šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ I’m Alex from Italy, I’m an intuitive and web manager/web designer. My first love was ART and it used to help me so much when I was a kid and through my young adult life, but then I felt blocked and couldn’t express myself anymore. However, when I had my children, I used art everyday to let them express their emotions and they still thank me for that. It’s so powerful. I would love to explore art therapy and give myself some attention🤩
