Do you know where to find a WordPress theme for sale? I mean the whole asset - not necessarily a one with revenue. I'm looking for a clean theme to rebrand and use a super juicy expired domain name.

Might try searching on acquire.com, I’ve seen a few UI/templates for sale there (tho Webflow/shopify tend to be more popular).

I’ll second @Travis Street , interactive elements combined with targeted content is doing well; I think websites as assets have an edge if you can build interactive experiences to complement the content, esp. if you can integrate CTAs/funnels into the widgets. AI is pretty cheap so rolling a quick web tool is a lot faster than it used to be, even using gpt3.5 turbo at scale is only gonna be sub $20 a day for some tools and can get a product launched in days rather than weeks.
