Hello Synthesizers 👋 I've seen some of you asking questions regarding improving health - In particular focus, energy and sleep. If it helps, I have a plethora of content covering that stuff on my instagram and some on Youtube (Just started), so you can cut the BS and get straight to what works. Feel free to reach out if you're struggling with anything health related - Sleep, focus, fitness or energy. Not trying to sell anything. Just want to give value 🤝 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexdemirel/

@David Jones Using Apple Watch as sleep tracker is a solid option. But I have used both and prefer to use the Oura for several reasons: - Oura Dashboard is very useful for looking into correlation between different data points i.e comparing REM Score to bedtime & wake time. - A ring is very comfortable to sleep with. I found my watch was bulky and would sometimes actually disturb my sleep as a result. - The data on Apple's Watch is good but basic compared to Oura. - Oura Gen 3 ring does have a subscription after 6 months but I am personally not too bothered. You could look for a Gen 2 ring to circumvent this issue Let me know if you'd like a referral code for an Oura ring, I receive nothing (Which makes no sense) but you do get $50 off. Summary: - Use Oura as a sleep tracker and only a sleep tracker as that's what it's best at. - Use Apple Watch if you just want a basic understanding as well as the other features the watch supplies.
