Seems like batchleads has really gone down the drain the last few weeks. Not sure all the changes that have been made but it seems like there are so many more glitches, time to load, etc. Is this an internal problem that you guys are working on or is this the new norm? On top of that, has anyone else switched services due to this?

I am trying to track my number of calls I have made each day. I do about a hour or so roughly. I am looking at two numbers. One is outbound calls and one is connected calls. I wasn't sure what the difference in the two were?

Hi all - new to BatchLeads and Dialer combo. Been using deal machine. Can I just import directly from BatchLeads into dialer without having to performing the mapping?
