DBR for remodling niche
Hi, guys what do you think would be a good service to use in a DBR offer for bathroom and kitchen remodeling? most people who get a kitchen/bathroom done don't need it again, I need a service that is still profitable enough for the business to go out and do it, any recommendations? Thanks

@Jamie Ogilvy lol 🤣, it's an old post, have been in remodeling for a month an a half and have done a lot of outreach and i came to the conclusion that it would'have been a pain in the ass managing this niche and scaling it as most BOs are only available in the evening and they most likely do not want to hop on a sales call after dinner so i decided to switch

We have no money for a layer: how do I write legally correct contracts?
We have another lead who wishes to move forward with a free trial using enquiries but his partner is a lawyer and he wants to read the contract. However, we can't afford a lawyer yet and I was wondering if anyone had any templates or advice for me? Please help.

not gonna lie, chat gpt is pretty good with them, used it multiple times, obviously you will need to add certain points and modify some things but overall very good. 👍
