I'm trying to clarify something. When filling in the forms for the name parts in red like [First name- Middle: Last] I changed my first name a few years back so I've been filling it out like [ Old first name - Middle: Last aka Current first - Middle: Last ] It seems very redundant, so I'm uncertain if I should be using my given name only or just my legal name.

Is someone available to help me locate the templates for the status change and trusts I have not been able to locate them in the link or downloads, getting super frustrated
