We’re officially kicking off our weekly Zoom calls starting this Friday, 4/24 at 6:30 PM PST. There’s a reason I chose Friday nights. Because we all know… that’s when the party usually starts. And for a lot of us, it does not stop there. So instead of going into the weekend unprepared, we’re doing the opposite. We’re coming together, sober, focused, and locked in, to talk, connect, and build a game plan for the weekend ahead. This is where we win. Pull up, be present, and let’s set the tone together. Looking forward to seeing all of you there.

Most people don’t realize what addiction really costs… It’s not just money or time, it’s your life. Addiction feels like relief now, but destroys you long-term. Recovery feels hard now, but gives you everything back. I’ve lived both. You either stay where you are… or step into who you’re meant to become. DM “RECOVERY” if you’re ready.

Sobriety isn’t a straight road where everything just keeps going up. There will be good days and hard days, and that’s okay. The goal is always to stay sober, but we’re human and sometimes people slip. What matters most is what you do next. We don’t let one bad moment turn into a bad week or a bad month. We catch ourselves, we stand back up, and we keep moving forward. Think of it like this…we’re trying to keep the ups and downs as small as possible so we stay on track. Every day you show up, every time you choose to try again, you’re winning. You’re stronger than you think, and you’re not alone in this. Keep going. 💪🏼📈🙏🏼

Sobriety won’t open the gates of Heaven to let you in, but it will open the gates of hell to let you out.

Sobriety isn’t always “one day at a time.” Some days… it’s one moment at a time. It’s choosing not to pick up when your mind starts racing. It’s choosing discipline when your emotions are loud. It’s choosing your future when your past is pulling on you. People think sobriety is this big, heroic decision you make once… but the truth is, it’s a thousand small decisions made in the moments nobody sees. The moment you’re stressed. The moment you’re bored. The moment you’re triggered. The moment you feel alone. That’s where the real battle is. And that’s also where the real growth is. You don’t need to have the next year figured out. You don’t even need to have tomorrow figured out. Just win this moment. Then win the next one. And the next one. That’s how you rebuild your life.
