This has also happened to me I was told the same thing Gave them my name exact email so they can find the details of my invoicing / billing They agreed to cancel my subscription but refused to reimburse me the subscription I never consciously made.. Does anybody knows if there is an official way to complain? Here in my country we have consumer protection laws against this … but i don’t know where this is?? How can this happen with (well known) names like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi? Hopefully they would not risk their reputation for this? Or maybe that is why they are « successful » ?? Dunno what to think here?
