double frontage is a nice problem to have, more curb appeal per lot and no flag lots needed. one thing to double check with Aiken County zoning though, some counties require full front-yard setback compliance on BOTH road frontages for double-frontage lots, not just one, which eats more of your buildable envelope than people expect. worth a quick call to the planning office before you finalize the split lines
