Essentially they are claiming that they are giving "free" users the ability to purchase lists of buyers in any area that they have a deal. If i'm not mistaken its $0.50/buyer lead and these leads are VIP buyers. meaning they have bought a lead from an investor lift user perviously. Thoughts?
