What would you automate?
If you could automate just one part of your business tomorrow, what would it be? Let's have a conversation about it

@David Williams Hey David thanks for the reply, I appreciate it man! I believe that follow-up is one of those things that makes a difference when it’s consistent (and well done lol).

@Ray Phillips You basically hit the two biggest pain points right away. IMO, Zapier is great for quick tests, but you run into paid tiers fast. And Google Scripts can work, but they’re easy to break and annoying to maintain. For stuff like email (to) calendar, I’ve seen the most success when it’s handled through a more centralized automation platform
Question for you:
Some days building a business feels like momentum. Then, other days it feels like you’re pushing a rock uphill alone. What’s been the hardest part of your journey lately?
If you’re in this community and feeling lost… this might be why.
Most people don’t fail here because they’re incapable. They fail because they try to move in five directions at once. They watch. They save posts. They consume information. But they don’t commit to one clear starting point. And that quiet confusion? It builds frustration fast. Here’s the shift that changes everything: Stop asking, “How do I win here? ”Start asking, “What is the one action I will execute this week?” Momentum doesn’t come from knowing more. It comes from doing one thing repeatedly. Now let’s make this honest: If you’re new, what’s the one thing that’s currently confusing you? If you’ve been here a while, what’s one mistake you made early that others can avoid? Drop it below. No polished answers. Just real ones. Someone’s clarity might start in your comment.

@Ethan Clarke Respect the model you’re running — consistent income without inventory is elite. That freedom to think long-term is underrated. Are you using AI at all? And honestly, right now the biggest challenge is balancing focus. We’re at a stage where we can acquire clients, we can build complex workflows, and we can explore new ideas… but doing all three at once slows everything down.

@Neha M Purty Really appreciate you checking it out! It’s been progressing well overall. We’ve landed some great clients and validated that the offer works, which is huge.
Want to build it with me?
A few months ago I started Wolve.io , an AI Automtion agency. I am enjoying the process so much but I already feel like I can't handle everything lol. Building, improving, updating, marketing, handling clients, etc. Do you have the right mindset to run an agency that offers AI services? I honestly think I built an awesome project (and more stuff to come), so let's build it together! DM me
👋 Hi Skool community!
I’m new here and excited to join! My focus is AI automation and building practical workflows using Make.com 🤖. I’m looking to learn from real projects and experienced members, so I’d love to hear from you: What’s one tip you wish you knew when starting AI automation? Or what’s the first workflow you’d recommend building as a beginner?

I offer different services, but what's actually working better for me is: AI Appointment agents, follow-ups, AI chatbot widgets, and selling the CRM as a service.
