Tough watch
Hey guys. I’m a arborist and spend my days high in a tree. It’s tough dirty work and I’ve killed two Timex expedition watches, a Bertucci, and a cheap off brand watch. Sweat, sap, sawdust, chips, grease, etc etc. I’m ADHD and really really need a watch to help my time blindness. And save my marriage. Kinda not joking. I’m on a pretty strict budget but don’t mind saving for a watch that’ll last. In your opinions: what would you recommend? Date window would be nice. Prefer analog. No need for alarm. Bright illuminated hands and dial markings are ideal. Am I being naive thinking I can have “one watch to rule them all” and not having a watch for not work. I don’t think my budget would stretch to two watches honestly. Thanks!

Like others have said, you can’t go wrong with a Gshock. The 5600 is a cult classic. The 2100 is also a popular model if you prefer a slimmer profile and analog. There are a lot of variants and colors out there that can fit your personal preference but all should be able to last you a good while given your line of work. Happy shopping!
