1. Your coach is a ramp, not an obstacle. Watch your coach, pay attention to why he says what he says, the principle behind it. Ask specific questions and don’t run from honest feedback about your game. 2. learn to love the routine. Hated the “boring” stuff you had to go through to get to the actual game. Put together a solid warmup: both physical and skills based and add it to your pre game and any other session you have. Add onto it over time, make it fun. Once you get used to it and actually start to love it, that mentality seeps into your everyday life. 3. Relationships are everything. With teammates, coaches, opposing players. Use every opportunity to get a quick word in, shake a hand, play some 1-v-1 and build relationships. You won’t believe the fruit for both you and them!
Help wanted 😅
Hey up people. I need some help. Are there anyone that can help me out with some basic/basic+ fundamental/technique drills to teach kids how to run/sprint. My team of 9 - 11 year old kids have a few that lack basic running skills. The majority of them can run/sprint good enough, but nothibg wrong with helping them get even better at it.

🔥 YOU VS. YOU 🔥
If you played yourself 1-on-1 from a year ago, what’s the score? Are you cooking your old self or would last year’s you still have the edge? be honest 👇

Interesting question. I passed this question on to my Russian players community: 8/12 said they’d win by +2-3 buckets. Mostly cause they got smarter 😂 A couple called shutout 💪🏻 Although age gotta be a factor here 😂
True or False: A PG should always look to pass first before scoring?
Point guards are known as floor generals, but should their first instinct always be to pass? What do you think? Should a PG always pass first, or does scoring come first in today’s game? Drop your take below! ⬇️🔥
