My trades are being rejected, but I don't know why after searching news and problem logs.

I am trying to cancel the contracts so I don't get charged anymore on these. Where I put the blue circles was cancel the contract, but it's still listed under "Active" Subscriptions. One of them is also listed on my Tradingview. Are both of these contracts canceled to where won't get charged anymore?
