I switched from monjoro 5mg to tirz. Is it normal to not have any effects at all? have felt like I was starving all week. I had even took 7.5mg last week. Should I up the dose this week?

My RS was at 2mg on sema. switched to tirz-tried 5mg-nothing. 7.5mg- nothing. So RS going to try 10mg this week….but all bodies are different 🤷🏼♀️
