A community I’m proud to be a partner in Evergreen Foundations, is thriving and currently ranked ⭐#27 in Discovery under Self Improvement, one of the most competitive categories out there. Having 600+ members definitely helps, but the real magic is that over 3% have reached Level 7 and remain deeply engaged. Most communities see only about 1% reach that milestone, and by then, those members often move on to something new. In Evergreen, our top 7-day leaderboard is filled with Level 7s and 8s. That’s no coincidence, it’s the result of attracting the right people, keeping them engaged, and guiding them to grow, leveling-up along the way.
