The IRL event a couple of weeks back was AMAZING! I soaked up every bit of it and made so many cool connections. I even met my soul sister @Zakia Ahm—who knew?!?!? I'm honored that @Tony Loew asked if I'd be interested in being the Skool IRL mayor of NYC. Zakia thankfully also expressed interest, and it was obvious we'd take on this role better together than we would apart. 👋 My name is Michael Rizk. I'm 48, and tomorrow I'll be married to my beautiful wife, Laraine, for 22 years. We made Jackson, who just turned 18 (where did the time go 🤯), and I'm focused on being fully present for and loving to my wife and son. My background is in personal training, massage therapy, biomechanics, and coaching. Today, I'm building out a movement focused course called Expanding Capacity, helping people recover lost ranges of motion for pain-free movement. Zakia and I would love to host a zoom meetup to get to know you and learn how we can make our NYC IRL experiences deeply valuable to and rewarding for you...stay tuned for a day/time.
