🚀 New This Week: The Comeback Kickstart – Day 1 Live!
One thing I've noticed is that many people join the community because of The Comeback Kickstart... but like most of us, they plan to "start later." The problem is that getting started is often the hardest part. So, I'm trying something new and everybody is welcome. This Monday (June 29th) at 1:00pm PT, I'm hosting our first The Comeback Kickstart: Day 1 Live session. We'll go through Day 1 together, then I'll stay afterwards to answer questions, explain the key concepts, and help you get the most out of the Kickstart. The goal isn't to finish all five days. The goal is simply to help you take that first step. If you've been waiting for the right time to start, this is it! 📅 You'll find the link to join in the Calendar tab

🎉 Day 2 Complete?
Today we explored the Log Roll, a simple but powerful movement that helps restore the connection between your upper body and lower body through your core. This is a very primal movement pattern that allows us to both assess and train how well the body is working as one connected system. As you practiced, what did you notice? • Was rolling from the arms easier or harder than rolling from the legs? • Did one side feel different than the other? • Did you notice any areas that felt disconnected or difficult to control? • Did the movement become smoother with practice? Many people are surprised to discover that one variation or one side feels much easier than the other. That's completely normal and often highlights opportunities to improve coordination and connection. Remember, the goal isn't to perform the movement perfectly. The goal is to become more aware of your current starting point while beginning to train these important connections at the same time. Leave a comment below and let me know: ✅ Completed Day 2 Plus one thing you noticed, learned, or experienced during today's session. I'll be checking the comments and happy to answer any questions. See you tomorrow for Day 3!

Day 2 Done. So basic, but I am sure none of us has done this move in a very long time. I did both arms and leg rolls a few times, I believe the legs were easier but practice make this exercise more smooth. I'll practice Day 1 & 2 more today. Thanks Rodrigo Al
🎉 Day 1 Complete?
Today we explored one of the most important movement foundations: breathing, alignment, and core function. As you practiced, remember that this wasn't just an exercise—it was also an assessment. What did you notice? • Did the breathing feel natural or challenging? • Did you notice tension anywhere? • Was it difficult to maintain the position? • Did anything surprise you? There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is simply to become more aware of how your body is currently functioning. Leave a comment below and let me know: ✅ Completed Day 1 Plus one thing you noticed, learned, or experienced during today's session. I'll be checking the comments and happy to answer any questions. See you tomorrow for Day 2!

I started this breathing, alignment and core. I felt as I was following your video instruction Rodrigo and was understanding the importance of this movement, when the video stopped I continued and felt clearer understanding this movement. I will practice this movement daily. Thanks Rodrigo.
Follow along...going at my pace
Follow along 1 in the Comeack Reset, working through all the moves, I felt better today, 2nd time, kneeling back on the heels I needed a towel for assistance, but seems to be getting easier with time. I'll practice that one. Also an issue with the front leg back let move, definitely need work on this one. Practice, practice & practice...
