I've been around for long enough to have seen how economic Cycles play havoc with businesses and people's personal lives. What I'm talking about is the coming end of the current 18.6 Year Land Price Cycle which is due in 2026 or 2027. The end of the last Cycle gave us the Global Financial Crisis. The completion of this Cycle is likely to be as bad or even worse for a host of reasons, including the fact that global debt is much higher now.
