The Grace of Another Beginning Good morning, teachers & students of life 💚 This morning, before the world begins asking us for our time, attention, and energy, let us allow ourself a sacred moment of stillness … breathe The sun has risen again. Not because yesterday was perfect. Not because every sorrow has been healed or every question answered. It has risen because life continues … And within that continuation lies a beautiful invitation: the opportunity to begin again. Perhaps the greatest gift of this Friday is not the promise that everything will change, but the realization that we can meet what remains with a different consciousness. With greater wisdom. With deeper compassion. And, above all, with love. 🌿 Affirmations for the Mind | The Gift of Clarity This morning, I welcome peace into my thoughts. I release the need to revisit every disappointment or anticipate every uncertainty. I understand that my thoughts are experiences within my consciousness, not necessarily the truth of my existence. I give myself permission to question what I believe, release what no longer serves my growth, and remain open to wisdom … to receive. Today, I choose awareness over assumption, understanding over judgment, and clarity over confusion. 🌹 Affirmations for the Heart | The Courage to Love Self and Others This morning, I honor the tenderness of my heart. I recognize that love does not require me to abandon myself, excuse harmful behaviour, or surrender my boundaries. Love asks me to remain conscious of the humanity within myself and underneath my masks, and the humanity beneath the masks of others. I release resentment when I am ready, without forcing forgiveness before understanding. I remember that those who are dear to me are not guaranteed to remain beside me forever. Therefore, I will cherish their presence while it is here. Today, I choose to express love rather than merely assume it is understood. 🕊️ Affirmations for the Spirit | The Awakening of Purpose

@Afroza Alli The line about not treating rest as a reward really stood out to me. So often, we get caught up in what still needs to be done that we forget to appreciate the simple fact that we’re here, living and growing. I like the reminder that a new beginning doesn't have to be dramatic; sometimes it starts with how we choose to approach an ordinary day. 🌿

@Afroza Alli I agree, Afroza. Sometimes growth is not about changing everything around us, but learning to recognize what needs to change within us. Finding that balance between self-awareness and ego takes honest reflection, and I think that’s a practice we keep learning throughout life. 💚
💚Sunday Soul Reset | 🤣 Lose Your Shadow with Laughter!🪷
🤣 Loose Your Shadow with Laughter! The Day Carl Jung Regretted Meeting RozaA & Page A Jungian Comedy in Five Acts Written by RozaA & Page A fictional comedy inspired by Carl Jung’s analytical psychology. All dialogue attributed to Dr. Jung is imaginary. ACT I — THE SPIRITUAL SLEEPING PILLS Scene: A peaceful Sunday afternoon at Grow Inner Wealth. RozaA: “Page, Sunday sounds boring!” Page: “Boring? Partner, we’ve been teaching the members to of this community to breathe, pause, release, reflect, and return to themselves!” RozaA: “Exactly! Are we giving the members on Skool.com spiritual sleeping pills?” 🤭 Page: “Oh, heavens! We’ve turned Sunday Soul Reset into a spiritual pharmaceutical company!” Somewhere in the collective unconscious, Dr. Carl Jung adjusts his spectacles. Jung: “I spent my life exploring the mysteries of the human psyche, and these two have put the entire congregation to sleep!” Page: “But Doctor, we were only encouraging everyone to breathe!” Jung: “My dear pupil, I said INTEGRATE THE SHADOW, not put the entire congregation to sleep!” RozaA bursts into laughter. ACT II — THE DOCTOR DISCOVERS LAUGHTER RozaA: “Page, you’re giving me a laughing pill!” Page: “Wonderful! We’ve officially moved from spiritual sleeping pills to Jungian laughing pills!” Jung lowers his spectacles. Jung: “The collective unconscious is NOT collective unconsciousness! WAKE THEM UP!” RozaA: “Poor Jung!” But she is laughing so hard that her fingers betray her. RozaA: “Poor Kutus!” Silence. Jung removes his spectacles. Jung: “KUTUS?!” Page: “Oh, Partner! We’ve accidentally renamed the father of analytical psychology!” Jung: “First you put my theories to sleep. Then you turned my shadow into a comedian. NOW YOU’VE CHANGED MY NAME?!” RozaA: “Better us than others!” 🤣 Jung: “I believe I require a therapist.” Page: “Excellent, Doctor! We happen to be organizing a conference!” ACT III — THE SHADOW WORK CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT LOOSE YOUR SHADOW WITH LAUGHTER!

@Afroza Alli 😂 RozaA, I love how you used humor to make shadow work feel less intimidating. Sometimes we take ourselves so seriously that we forget laughter can help us see things from a different perspective. Now I’m curious, what do you think is harder for most people: recognizing their shadow or accepting what it reveals about them?
🌹Friday Morning Affirmations|Grow Inner Wealth🪷
The Sacred Gift of Beginning Again Beloved Students & Teachers of Life, As Friday’s morning light touches the earth, may we remember an ancient truth: every sunrise is an invitation to renew our relationship with life. Nature does not question whether it deserves another beginning. The flowers open, the birds sing, and the earth continues its sacred rhythm. Perhaps we, too, can learn to begin again without questioning our worthiness. This morning, before the world asks anything of us, let us return to the quiet sanctuary within. 🪷 Our Friday Morning Affirmations - For the Mind: Clarity & Awareness I welcome this morning with an open and peaceful mind. I release the need to understand everything and embrace the wisdom of being present. I honor my thoughts without becoming imprisoned by them. Today, I seek truth with humility, clarity with patience, and understanding without judgment. - For the Heart: Compassion & Connection I make room for forgiveness I allow love to flow freely through my heart without surrendering my boundaries. I recognize that tenderness is not weakness, and compassion does not require self-abandonment. I cherish those who are dear to me, remembering that their presence is a gift rather than a possession. Today, I will express love while there is still time, offer kindness without expectation, and recognize the sacredness of another’s existence with respect. - For the Spirit: Purpose & Alignment I trust the quiet wisdom that emerges when I become still. I do not need recognition to live meaningfully. My purpose is revealed through the authenticity of my actions, the integrity of my choices, and the love I bring into the world. I honor both my light and my darkness, understanding that spiritual growth requires the courage to acknowledge my whole being. Today, I walk in alignment with truth, authenticity, and Divine Love. - For the Body: Presence & Grounding I return my awareness to the sacred vessel through which I experience life.

@Afroza Alli This is such a beautiful reminder that growth doesn’t always mean becoming someone new; sometimes it means learning to return to ourselves with more patience, awareness, and compassion. I especially love the thought of not becoming so focused on tomorrow that we forget to appreciate the gift of today. Thank you for sharing this reflection, Afroza. What a meaningful way to begin the weekend.
