Im so sorry for you losing someone so close. I just want to say sometimes our prayers in these moments are not always going to be the best…while we’re not at our best happiest version that we’re used to seeing. Sometimes our prayers in these moments is just us calling His name and just crying..where only 2 words may come out. Our prayers can even be, just us sitting in silence to allow more of His presence to come..when we feel like it left .. and litteraly having that be it .. I can at least say.. i never knew what it meant to come to God with all my troubles, until i prayed to Him, just crying. Where my faith in that moment relied on Him, seeing my heart more than my word because i really actually didn’t have the word or the strength to talk cause my heart in that moment, felt like the only thing that could speak for me … I’ve also had moments, where i did want to pray but there was so much i couldn’t get out. So i wrote it out and it definitely felt like a relief.. I really do hope you continue to give yourself grace and patience, during your time of healing. Knowing giving yourself to God wholeheartedly will be different each days as we face life.. it’s gonna consist of us showing up with barely anything to times where feel like we have so much. Hello my Sis 😇 My name is Ajak ( uh-jah-k) but I’ve always went by Ajah ( Asia ) Im born and raised out here in Utah !! I’m truly so blessed to have meet this group starting on facebook back in November 2024. Soo many unfortunate things happened to me, all before the year ended. Which I eventually went on a 3 day fast and was told by the Lord I needed a community to help me sustain my growth with Him. So I joined a ton a Facebook Groups and this was the only interactive one. About a month ago I seen you guys had done a ‘12 day fasting and prayer devotional” which I decided to do but actually did the fast for 15 days instead. By day 10, I got baptized !!! where I was introduced to a whole new side of me that im loving yet still unraveling, the more i spend time with God and with the help of this group and the Lady behind it all !! That fast has made me love my bible, love my moments of prayer, love everything and all things that helped my growth in knowing Jesus and relationship Him and I have !! * if you read this far lol much love 🫶🏾* Now Im excited to see us become the Lady, God already has written out, for us to be (which we all have a glimpse of that Lady in our heads) yet it is only through Him that can help us in becoming that person!! Where it’ll be through these moments of prayer, fasting, and being in The Word together, which will help us in getting there!! So Praise to the Lord our God for us to be here in a group of women, where we have a Love and a belief in God in common where we’ll grow in faith and our relationship with the Almighty while seeing each other do so as well for motivation!! 🩷 “Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common,” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭44‬
