📌 Welcome to Kingdom Lifters — Read This First
If you’re reading this, you made a decision that a lot of men never make. You decided that enough is enough. Enough coasting. Enough meaning to get in shape “one day.” Enough living like your body doesn’t matter to your mission. Welcome to Kingdom Lifters — a brotherhood of men who are done settling and ready to show up strong. In the gym, in their homes, and in their calling. Here’s how to get started: 1️⃣ Introduce yourself below — drop your name, where you’re from, and one word that describes where you are right now physically or spiritually. Let the brotherhood meet you. 2️⃣ Head to the Classroom and start with the START HERE section before anything else. It will orient you and plug you in immediately. 3️⃣ Work through the Spirit & Strength Framework — four modules that will lay the foundation before you ever touch a weight. Don’t skip this. 4️⃣ Follow The Temple Physique Roadmap — seven steps that take you from where you are to where you are going. 5️⃣ Show up to the live events — Weekly Bible Study Call and Weekly Workout at Metro Flex Gym are where this community comes alive. Get them on your calendar now. A word from the founders: We built Kingdom Lifters because we couldn’t find a space that took both faith and fitness seriously at the same time. Not one without the other. Both — together — as they were always meant to be. This is not a hype community. We don’t chase motivation. We build discipline. We hold each other to a standard. And we do it as brothers. Your body is a temple. It’s time to start treating it like one. Now introduce yourself below 👇🏿 — We read every single one. — Jay & Chris

Hi my name is Aisosa Igbinoba I’m from Atlanta, Ga but been here in Florida for about 8 years. I grew up going to church but I didn’t seek Jesus for myself until I was 20. Being away from my dad, was a huge change to my life because he was a big motivator for my life and career path But being without him allowed me to question whether what he wants me to be is what god wanted me to be. After graduating high school I started to let go of my father’s voice and began to seek my heavenly father’s voice, as I was searching for identity and purpose. My mom and siblings went through some trials when we first came down here to Florida, but I would constantly see how the God that my mom would have testimonies about that she trusted in and relied on uplifted and provided for her at every turn and after a bad relationship I was led to find god for myself. He delivered me from the inquities of my flesh and loves me enough to continue to give me correct and guide me in every season. Last year god convicted me to go deeper in my faith, to be obedient and disciplined to rise above just the Sunday Church Christian but seeking him and walking with him daily. In this season I am working on “preparation, refining, building” I want to continue to grow and mature in Christ to read his word consistently, be obedient to his word and where ever he calls me, building discipline in all aspects of my life and stewarding the vision he has given me . I’m new to working out and want to break bad eating habits as well . I fcan’t wait to see what god will do here and what he will reveal to me in my time here. Thank you for having me 💕
