Well my 2 youngest daughters frequently see figures, one in particular whom they call the Shadow man. My 8y daughter, has said a few times she wakes up to a figure staring at her. She has also named a spirit of a friend of mine that passed that she never knew. One of my oldest daughters, has much more activity. She started telling me that she has several dark figures in her room and they stare at her when she sleeps. She has described them as various heights and ages. A mom and child together, a man, a young teenage girl, etc. The young teenage girl she actually saw clear and said she has red hair and did At the mirror in my other daughter’s room. She said the man was there the most… almost every night and just watches her sleep. And then there’s my son. He still remembers his past life and frequently talked about his previous parents.

@Lauren and Frank Leon it was really sad for him. He kept asking why he couldn’t see his parents and when we were going to visit them. Then I explained to him when he was like three that those were his other parents from a long, long time ago and now I was his new mommy, and that he could just talk to them in his dreams when he wanted to see them that seemed to help quite a bit. With my daughters yes there was fear at first, but we talked about having a space of love and setting boundaries now my youngest ones think it’s very exciting when they see him. In this whole process, we have learned that the shadow man is one of my friends that passed away a few years ago, Billy. We have also learned that one of the other spirits is my friend Cosette that died in a car wreck a few years ago. Being able to name the spirits and provide details about their life and show them pictures as really helped. My girls not be scared. My older one though that’s a different story. We’ve had to put boundaries and protection in her room because she was having problems and sleeping
