hello i wanted to watch the meditation video initiation of the high vibe starter kit but it seems the class disapeared, how is it ?

today my biggest breakthrough is i should give attention to myself. And the idea of feeling the emotion / energy behind the surface . And to actually instead of fearing to do something bad, being open, and step into the "naughtyness", i figured out this idea is linked to accepting myself, to smile, to open more. Being vulnerable. I also gave love to the pattern ! i am grateful. And i remember the idea of feeling love for the pattern but still choosing to act differently. I am going to embody it as i remember to feel the energy behind the surface when situations that feels big for me happens (love wise) , and as i step into the "naughtyness" though conscious/in awareness. Thank you @Aaron Doughty Aaronn!! i feel happy for those insights. May God help us all and guide us, bless us.
