Hello beautiful beings, I am so grateful that you are here at the beginning of my Skool journey. I made offerings I haven’t stuck to! I find organisation and routine a bit of a challenge but I really want to get this platform up and running with regular content and invitations to support you in going from head to heart centred living 💚 What would you like to see on this platform?

I find it very difficult to be organised or consistent too! I have signed up for so many things from diets to declutterring magic tips at 2am only to forget until I notice direct debits going out and start questioning what they are?! 😅 I can get creative with writing music and forget everything else and the place can get so messy, it's hard to be consistent, I think its more human to not be really! It's nice to relate to others and I'd welcome any tips on how to react from the heart especially at times of stress or feeling triggered/ overwhelmed as I tend to either lash out at times like this verbally or lash inwards and start putting myself down for not being tidy/organised/good enough etc So I've been trying to be kinder to myself at times like this so would like to gear more about how you manage this too 💜

@Annie Neil yes please do send me on the info as that sounds really great and I'dlove to hear more about it, Up north visiting my parents for the weekend now. Yes definately for me there's often a bit of a conflict between wanting to be able to even temporarily fit in certain boxes to wanting to dismantle the boxes completely, good way to look at it.. hope you're having a lovely weekend 😊

Truth Tuesday
Here’s the truth…it’s my birthday today!! I only ever want the simplest thing, quality time with my family but I always accidentally create expectations and then I end up feeling disappointed 😢 I couldn’t understand why it was so difficult but I have realised that by trying to plan and orchestrate quality time I was taking us out of the moment and the moment is where quality time happens! Share your Truth in the comments 💙

Happy birthday Annie I hope you enjoy all the special moments. I was only thinking of this lately, how expectations are often the cause of disappointment and often expectations are put upon us by society or we see others birthday celebrations or photos etc and start to compare which happens nearly automatically! Sorpio is a great water sign, full of emotion and ambition and often craving adventure! Enjoy your day 😊

@Annie Neil sounds great, I love being near the sea, it's so energising and always helps to lift the mood! I'm pisces so similar with having strong emotions too and adventure is always good although I'm a bit of a dreame, great ideas and plans but often don't see them through...!

Welcome to my Skool
Let me introduce myself, I’m Annie I’m about to turn 39, I’m married to Bruce (off grid bruce on YouTube) Together we have two unschooled teen daughters and live in an old cottage on the west coast of Ireland where we are the guardians of 8 acres of land. I am an Eco psychologist, Rahanni healer, intuitive & medicine woman. My dream for this skool is to support as many people as possible to move from their noisy minds to a heart centred approach to life. Thanks for being here from the start, please introduce yourself. Hi Annie looking forward to hearing more, I'm always searching for deeper ways of living, being closer to nature and connecting with others on a sinilar path... I'm very interested in a calmer more spiritual way of being and it will be nice to hear more about your way of life, thanks xx
