Has anyone here deployed an ElevenLabs (or similar) voice agent on an Australian phone number? Two things I'd love real-world answers on: 1) how you attached the AU number (Twilio import or something else), and 2) honest latency, does the response delay feel natural to Australian callers or noticeable? Doing my soak testing soon and would rather learn from someone's scars than my own.

For anyone sending SMS to Australian numbers from their agents: what did you have to do about sender ID registration? I've read Australia now requires registering alphanumeric sender IDs, so what actually shows on the recipient's phone if you send via Twilio or similar, the business name or a random number? And was registration painful? Building appointment confirmations/reminders for an Australian client and want to get this right the first time.

Pricing question for the Aussies here: what do GP practices / medical clinics in Australia realistically pay for an AI receptionist setup (voice + web chat + SMS reminders)? I'm scoping a project for a regional Queensland GP practice and I want to price at local market norms, not guess. Setup fee + monthly ranges you've seen or charged would help a lot.
