Imagine working a 40 hour work week, then signing off to a half cleaned kitchen and floors that need be to vacuumed. All I can think is at least the kids are with their Dad for the weekend. Where would you start? Me? I go straight to my bed! I hide under the blankets and drift into a restless nap avoiding the responsibility of being a 40 year old woman who "bossed up" so hard in her girl power stage, that now I'm in charge of everything! I hide. But hiding never works! I take a random call from a sister and I'm back up and being a productive human. The best part is that whenever I see her she feeds me. So my holiday Hustle always comes with snacks. This is where my latest unhinged recipe comes from. We've decided to call it a Chaos Grinch Parfait. Ingredients Pistachio muffin Vanilla yogurt Cinnamon raisin granola Fresh mixed berries Freeze dried strawberries Ok... In the words of Donkey from Shrek... Everybody loves a parfait! There is literally no rhyme or reason to this holiday guilty pleasure. Just layer with your heart 💜 and top with crush freeze dried strawberries. It brightened the end of my work week and I hope it brightens yours too.
